About the return

Do we accept easy return ?Yes! Our customer satisfaction is our destination! Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days.

1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description, please feel free to cantact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.

2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3.Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. (If the return is due to the seller's mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.) Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the partial refund directly.

4. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

5. After the return request has been authorized, the products can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

6. NO return & exchange for cap size customized wigs.
    NO return & exchange for clearance products.
    NO return & exchange for customized products (color/style).

Note: Please contact our team first to obtain the return address.    Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.

 

Refund or Exchange 

Refund

1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Manufacturing defect), we will offer full refund for you after originalpackage been returned. Once used , can't accept any return, but can apply partial refund.

2.If the returning is due to buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/ Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your payment as loss of shipping fee, and before you do any return,pls contact our team service Within 30 days after you receive the hair packet.

3.Once your return products is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed, we will deal the refund via the payment we received from paypal, if you do have a register paypal, you will get the refund within 1-2 working days or so,if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7-10 working days, if you want it back quicker, you can contacy your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.

4.If the hair is damaged or defective, we will do partial refund ,of course, our customer service will chat with you for the detailed refund information.

5. If the package is delivered, but is refused without contacting customer service, a 100% refund will not be guaranteed.

 Exchange 

On condition that the hair you returned is in good condition. If you don't want refund and just want exchange different hair ,we do accept,for the new hair you want,if it's price is higher than the returned products, you need pay the different price to get the new hair, if  the new hair is lower than the products you returned,we will arrange different price back you and arrange new hair package for you asap.All the process,we will contact you via Email, so pls pay more attention to your Email.
