Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Attention:
- Some products are in stock in US warehouse, so we can ship from US in 3-5 business days to US shipping address, but some products are in stock in China or need to be customized from Chinese warehouse, it may take about 3-7 business days even longer. It depends on whether the product is in stock, and if so, in which warehouse.
- Although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
- We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.
Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order.
